Ordering
You order directly on the work’s page. We confirm your order personally by email – with copy number and payment details.

Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Shipping or download only after payment has been received. All prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping.

Shipping
Prints travel insured with DHL, flat or rolled, carefully packed. You see the shipping cost before you send your order.

Frequently asked
How long until my print arrives?
Prints are made and inspected individually after payment. Allow about 1–2 weeks until dispatch, plus DHL’s delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, within the EU and to many other countries. Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be due in the destination country.
Can I get a print framed?
On request – with mat and museum glass in a wooden or aluminium frame. Tell us which work you are interested in.
How do I care for a fine art print?
Keep it out of direct sun and damp rooms and handle it only with clean hands or cotton gloves. Behind UV-protective glass a print lasts for generations.
Can I give a work as a gift?
Of course. Just add the recipient’s address in the message field – we will not include the invoice or price.
Discretion?
Of course. The sender on the parcel is neutral, and we only share order data with the shipping provider.
