1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) are processed in server log files to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.

3. No advertising cookies, no external services

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and do not load external fonts, maps or scripts. For the age check, your browser merely stores that you confirmed it (localStorage); this entry is not transmitted to us.

4. Contact form and email

If you write to us, we process your details (name, email, optionally phone and country, message) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The enquiry is also stored as a backup in our system and deleted once settled and no retention obligations apply.

5. Orders

If you order a work, we process your name, email address, for prints your delivery address and your voluntary message in order to process, deliver and invoice the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For shipping, we pass name and address to DHL and, where applicable, to the commissioned print lab. We keep order data in accordance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

For digital series we generate a personal download link. To prevent misuse, we store the number and time of downloads.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
